 FEET INTO A SETBACK. PLEASE REVISE THE PLANS TO INCLUDE
 DIMENSIONS OF THE POOL EQUIPMENT AND THE SETBACK
 ENCROACHMENT.
 2. ALTHOUGH THE PAVERS ARE SET IN SAND ONLY, THEY
 ENCROACH INTO THE 3' UTILITY EASEMENT. PLEASE OBTAIN
 AUTHORIZATION FROM UTILITY PROVIDERS AND PROVIDE
 DOCUMENTATION TO THE CITY.
