 CODE: 2010 FBC.
  
 1- PERMIT APPLICATION STATES THAT REPLACING SHINGLES
 WITH CONCRETE TILE. HOUSE WAS DESIGNED TO CARRY
 SHINGLES. NEED TO PROVIDE ENGINEERING ANALYSIS TO SHOW
 THAT THE HOUSE WILL ADEQUATELY SUPPORT THE ADDITIONAL
 LOAD OF THE CONCRETE TILE. SEC. 107.2.1.2 AND SEC.
 107.2.1.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC. PROVIDE 2 COPIES WITH
 ORIGINAL SEAL AND SIGNATURE.
  
 2- FLAT ROOF:
 A) PROVIDE SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS AS
 REQUIRED BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7 ON LAST PAGE OF NOA
 09-0224.01 SUBMITTED. NEED THE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS TO
 MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 B) CLEARLY IDENTIFY WHICH APPROVED ASSEMBLY FROM NOA
 09-0224.01 SUBMITTED IS GOING TO BE INSTALLED TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC.
 R301.2.1.4.3. ALSO, ENGINEER NEEDS THIS INFORMATION IN
 ORDER TO MAKE THE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS.
