 1/2 ROUND FIXED GLASS WINDOWS AND THE STRUCTURAL WINDOW
 MULLIONS AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE 9N-3.
  
 4) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 SIMPSON STRAPS AND CONNECTORS AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE
 9N-3.
  
 5) SPECIFY WHICH ONE OF THE FASTENING METHODS LISTED IN
 THE ROOF TILE PRODUCT APPROVAL WILL BE USED. FBC
 R905.3.7 IF AN ADHESIVE WILL BE USED, SUBMIT TWO COPIES
 OF THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR IT AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE
 9N-3.
  
 6) THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THE SINGLE OUT-SWING DOOR
 IN THE PRODUCT APPROVAL ARE LOWER THAN THE REQUIRED
 OPENING PRESSURES SPECIFIED ON THE PLANS FOR THE DOOR.
 SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF DOOR PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH DESIGN
 PRESSURES HIGHER THAN THE ONES LISTED ON THE PLANS. FBC

 7) THE PLANS ARE REQUIRED TO BE REVIEWED BY PALM BEACH
 COUNTY TO DETERMINE IF ANY IMPACT FEES WILL BE DUE. THE
 PLANS WITH THE IMPACT REVIEW STAMP AND A COPY OF THE
 PAID RECEIPT WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE THE PERMIT IS
