 THE DESIGN OF THIS STRUCTURE? IF RIZA ALTAN IS TAKING
 OVER THE WORK OF TARNOWSKI, HAS MR. TARNOWSKI BEEN
 ADVISED AS REQUIRED BY FAC 61G15-27.001? IN THE CASE OF
 A SUCCESSOR ENGINEER REUSING ANOTHER ENGINEER'S PLAN,
 THE OTHER ENGINEER'S TITLE BLOCK SHOULD BE REMOVED AND

 FURTHER THAN THREE (3) FEET INTO ANY SETBACK. STAFF HAS
 PREVIOUSLY MET WITH CONTRACTOR (STUART LEDIS) TO
