 ADDITIONAL FOOT IN WIDTH WILL AFFECT THE APPROVED

 EAST SIDE OF THE ENCLOSURE, THEN IT MAY BE FIELD
 ADJUSTED. IF IT IS TO BE ON THE WEST PROPERTY LINE,
