 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE AN ACCURATE SITE PLAN. THE DRAWING
 PROVIDED SHOWS THE PROPOSED AWNING EXTENDING INTO THE
 PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-145 OF THE
 CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, THE
 AWNING SHALL BE NO CLOSER THAN 5 FEET TO THE PROPERTY
 LINE.
  
 2. ACCORDING TO THE SURVEY, AND AN AERIAL PHOTO, IT
 APPEARS THAT THERE IS LANDSCAPING (I.E. HEDGE) ALONG
 THE WEST PROPERTY LINE. THE DRAWING SHOWS A COLUMN AND
 FOOTER BEING INSTALLED WEST OF THE PARKING ROW, IS THIS
 PROPOSED TO BE IN THE LANDSCAPE AREA? SEE COMMENT #1
 ABOVE, AND THE PROPOSED AWNING SHALL NOT CONFLICT WITH
 THE EXISTING LANDSCAPING.
  
 3. THE PROPOSED DRAWING SHOWS COLUMNS BEING ANCHORED
 BETWEEN THE WHEEL STOP AND THE EDGE OF THE CONCRETE.
 THIS AREA IS PROVIDED AS A VEHICLE OVERHANG AND NO
 OBSTRUCTION CAN BE PLACED IN THIS AREA. THE ONLY OPTION
 WOULD BE TO HAVE THE COLUMNS PLACED BETWEEN PARKING
 SPACES, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DOUBLE-STRIPING. IF THIS
 IS THE CASE, PLEASE PROVIDE THE EXISTING PARKING LAYOUT
 ON THE PLAN, AS WELL AS INDICATE THE LOCATION OF ALL OF
 THE COLUMNS. IN NO CASE SHALL THE COLUMNS IMPEDE WITH
 THE PARKING STALL.
