 1. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT, A CLASS
 A SPECIAL USE PERMIT MUST BE APPROVED BY THE CITY
 COMMISSION. AN APPLICATION FOR SUCH HAS ALREADY BEEN
 SUBMITTED; HOWEVER, SUCH PROCESS SHALL BE COMPLETED
 PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE BUILDING PERMIT.
  
 2. PLEASE INCLUDE WITH THE BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION
 THE LETTER PROVIDED FROM THE PROPERTY OWNER'S ATTORNEY
 INDICATING PROOF OF RIPARIAN RIGHTS.
  
 3. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE APPROVAL FROM THE US ARMY CORPS
 OF ENGINEERS HAS EXPIRED, AS OF MAY 1, 2012.
  
 4. PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF A SEAGRASS STUDY TO SHOW
 THAT NO MARINE GRASSES, ETHNIC COMMUNITIES, OR
 IMPORTANT ESTUARINE OR ECOLOGICAL FEATURES ARE BEING
 AFFECTED BY THE PROPOSED DOCK CONSTRUCTION.
  
 5. ALL MOORING SLIPS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH APPROPRIATE
 CONNECTIONS FOR POTABLE WATER AND ELECTRICAL SERVICE.
 IT IS ASSUMED THAT ELECTRICAL SERVICE IS BEING PROVIDED
 AS THERE IS A PROPOSED BOAT LIFT, BUT PLANS DO NOT
 REFERENCE ANY POTABLE WATER CONNECTION. PLEASE
 CLARIFY?IS A WAIVER FROM THIS PROVISION BEING REQUESTED
 AS PART OF THE CLASS A SPECIAL USE PERMIT?
  
 6. THE CENTERLINE OF THE DOCK SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED
