 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482(A) OF THE CITY'S ZLDRS,
 75 PERCENT OR 1000 SQUARE FEET, WHICHEVER IS LESS, OF
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING PLANT
 MATERIAL.
  
 2. THE WALKWAY TO THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE IS DRAWN SUCH
 THAT IT IS WIDER AT THE HOUSE THEN IT IS AT THE
 SIDEWALK. NO DIMENSION WAS PROVIDED TO SHOW THE WIDTH
 OF THE WALKWAY AT THE POINT AT WHICH IT MEETS THE
 HOUSE. WITHOUT THIS MEASUREMENT IT IS UNCLEAR HOW MUCH
 AREA WILL BE UTILIZED FOR PAVERS.
  
 BASED UPON STAFF'S CALCULATION, IF THE WALKWAY IS ONLY
 3 FEET WIDE FROM SIDEWALK TO THE HOUSE, THE WIDEST THE
 DRIVEWAY COULD BE IS 9-1/2 FEET IN ORDER TO MEET THE
 MINIMUM LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS.
