 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF THE DRAWINGS
 SHOWING THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY. ONLY ONE (1) COPY WAS
 PROVIDED.
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482(A) OF THE CITY'S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), A MINIMUM OF
 1,000 SQUARE FEET OF LANDSCAPING SHALL BE PROVIDED IN
 THE FRONT YARD.
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-212(1)(C)(3)(III) OF THE
 CITY'S ZLDRS, CORNER LOTS SHALL ONLY BE PERMITTED TWO
 (2) DRIVEWAYS IF EACH IS NO GREATER THAN TEN (10) FEET
 IN WIDTH. ACCORDING TO THE SURVEY PROVIDED, THE
 EXISTING DRIVEWAY IS APPROXIMATELY 12 FEET IN WIDTH.
 THEREFORE, A SECOND DRIVEWAY SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED.
 4. NEW PARKING AREAS LOCATED WITHIN THE FRONT YARD
 SHALL BE SET BACK A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET FROM THE
 FRONT PROPERTY LINE. NO DIMENSION WAS PROVIDED;
 HOWEVER, IT DOES NOT APPEAR THAT SUCH REQUIREMENT CAN
 BE MET WITH THE PROPOSED WIDTH OF THE PARKING AREA.
