 1) PLANS REFERENCE THE 2010 FBC. THE PERMIT WAS APPLIED
 FOR ON 1/19/2O12 WHICH WAS PRIOR TO THE IMPLEMENTATION
 DATE OF THE 2010 FBC AND ASCE 7- 10 ON 3/15/20102. THE
 2007 FBC W2009 REVISIONS WAS THE CODE IN EFFECT AT THE
 TIME OF APPLICATION. BECAUSE THE PLANS WERE HELD UP IN
 ZONING AND NOT SENT TO BUILDING DEPT. UNTIL AFTER THE
 CODE CHANGE IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO SO THE APPLICATION DATE
 CAN BE CHANGED TO ALLOW DESIGN UNDER THE 2010 CODE PER
 ROBERT BROWN.
  
 2) BECAUSE THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE IS LOCATED WITHIN
 1500 FEET OF THE INTER-COASTAL WATERWAY THE EXPOSURE
 CATEGORY IS C AND THE WIND SPEED FOR WEST PALM BEACH IS
 170 MPH UNDER THE 2010 CODE AND 140 UNDER THE 2007
 CODE. PLEASE REVISE.
  
 3) THE COMPONENT AND CLADDING PRESSURES SPECIFIED ON
 THE PLANS ARE TOO LOW. FBC R301.2.1 PLEASE REVISE.
