 6. PROVIDE HEIGHT OF BUILDING TO THE TOP OF THE ROOF
 LINE. THE MAXIMUM BUILDING HEIGHT IS 30 FEET.
  
 7. SEPARATE LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION PERMITS ARE
 REQUIRED. TWO COPIES OF THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND A
