 ACCESS, WHICH WAS EXCLUSIVELY OFF N TAMARIND AVE (DUE
 TO EMERGENCY SERVICES CONCERNS). I DECIDED NOT TO REUSE
 ADDRESSES THAT PREVIOUSLY REFERENCED DEMOLISHED
 STRUCTURES AT THIS LOCATION (RETIRED/DEACTIVATED
 ADDRESSES), SO I ASSIGNED NEW ADDRESSES OF 1860 N
 TAMARIND AVE # 1-9 (UNITS GOING FROM SOUTH TO NORTH)
 FOR THIS BUILDING. I OBTAINED A DIGITAL SITE PLAN FROM
 THE ARCHITECT, DAVID LAWERENCE, THEN I PROCEEDED WITH
 SENDING OUT THE OFFICIAL E-MAIL NOTIFICATION. I HAVE

 UPDATE THE CODE LIST TO REFERENCE THE 2010 EDITION OF
 THE FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE WHICH CONTAINS THE
 2009 EDITION OF BOTH NFPA 1 AND NFPA 101 WITH FLORIDA
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 NEW APARTMENT BUILDINGS ARE REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED
 WITH AN AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM (REFERENCE CH. 30 -
 NFPA 101).
  
 ENGINEERED FIRE ALARM AND FIRE SPRINKLER CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR A GENERAL BUILDING PERMIT.
 AFTER THE BUILDING PERMIT HAS BEEN ISSUED, THE
 SUBCONTRACTORS CAN THEN SUBMIT SHOP DRAWINGS
 (CONFORMING TO THE ENGINEERED CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS)
 FOR A SUB-PERMIT. PER FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE
 SECTION 61G15-32.004, FIRE PROTECTION ENGINEERING
 DOCUMENTS SHALL INCLUDE THE POINT OF SERVICE FOR THE
 WATER SUPPLY, A LIST OF APPLICABLE NFPA STANDARDS
 APPLICABLE TO THE PROJECT, CLASSIFICATION OF HAZARD
 OCCUPANCY FOR EACH ROOM OR AREA, SUPPRESSION SYSTEM
 TYPE, DESIGN DENSITIES, WATER SUPPLY DATA (FIRE PUMP
 DATA, HYDRANT FLOW TEST DATA) AND ANY PERFORMANCE BASED
 INFORMATION SUCH AS PRE-ENGINEERED SYSTEMS.
  
 SEPARATE PLANS AND PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE
 INSTALLATION OF THE FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM.
  
 STRUCTURES WITH LIGHT FRAME FLOOR/ROOF TRUSS
 CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE IDENTIFIED WITH A SIGN AFFIXED TO
 THE BUILDING. THE SIGN SHALL FEATURE A MALTESE CROSS
 8-INCHES WIDE AND 8-INCHES TALL AND BE OF A BRIGHT RED
 REFLECTIVE COLOR AND BEAR THE APPROPRIATE LETTER R OR
 RF PER FLORIDA STATUTE 633.027 AND FLORIDA
 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 69A-60.0081.
  
 INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE DESIGNATED FIRE DEPARTMENT
 ACCESS ROAD.
  
 FIRE LANE CURBS SHALL BE PAINTED AND BE MARKED WITH
 FREESTANDING SIGNS READING, ?FIRE LANE - NO PARKING BY
 ORDER OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT.? SIGNS SHALL BE 12? X 18?
 WITH A WHITE BACKGROUND AND RED LETTERS AND SHALL BE A
 MAXIMUM OF SEVEN FEET IN HEIGHT TO THE BOTTOM OF THE
 SIGN. SIGNS SHALL BE WITHIN SIGHT OF THE TRAFFIC FLOW
 AND BE SPACED A MAXIMUM OF 60 FEET APART. FIRE
 DEPARTMENT ACCESS ROADS SHALL HAVE A SURFACE DESIGNED
 TO ACCOMMODATE FIRE APPARATUS WEIGHING AT LEAST 32
 TONS. ACCESS ROADS SHALL HAVE AN UNOBSTRUCTED WIDTH OF
 NOT LESS THAN 20 FEET AND AN UNOBSTRUCTED VERTICAL
 CLEARANCE OF NOT LESS THAN 13 FEET 6 INCHES PER
 SECTION.
  
 DEAD-END FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS ROADS IN EXCESS OF 150
 FEET IN LENGTH SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH APPROVED
 PROVISIONS FOR THE FIRE APPARATUS TO TURN AROUND.
  
 IN ADDITION TO THE BUILDING ADDRESS, PROVIDE THE
 BUILDING UNIT NUMBER ON EACH BUILDING. NUMBERS SHALL BE
 ATTACHED TO THE BUILDING AND BE AT LEAST SIX-INCHES IN
 HEIGHT WITH 1-INCH STROKE AND SHALL CONTRAST THE
 BACKGROUND.
  
 PROVIDE A KNOX KEY SWITCH TO ALLOW GATE ACCESS TO
 EMERGENCY RESPONDERS. KEY SWITCH CAN BE ORDERED FROM
