 FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS SHALL REMAIN ACTIVE DURING
 DEMOLITION AND RENOVATION ACTIVITIES. IN THE EVENT A

 COOKING EQUIPMENT. SEPARATE PLAN AND PERMIT REQUIRED
 FOR THE ALTERATION OF THE KITCHEN SUPPRESSION SYSTEM.
  
 PROVIDE AN 8? TALL STEEL BAFFLE OR PROVIDE 16? OF SPACE
 BETWEEN THE DEEP FAT FRYER AND SURFACE FLAMES OF THE
 ADJACENT EQUIPMENT.
  
 SPECIFY WHAT NEW EQUIPMENT IS BEING SHOWN IN THE
 CLOUDED AREAS.
  
 PROVIDE LOCKING KNOX CAPS ON FIRE DEPARTMENT CONNECTION
 OF THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM.
  
 INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE EXISTING FIRE SPRINKLERS
