 1) THE GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICT ONLY PERMITS
 ONE WALL SIGN PER BUSINESS OCCUPANT PLUS TWO ADDITIONAL
 SIGNS PER BUILDING - SECTION 94-408(D)(1)D. THE
 BUILDING CURRENTLY EXCEEDS THE AMOUNT OF SIGNS
 PERMITTED BY THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
  
 2) THE CITY HAS NO RECORD OF ROLLS ROYCE HAVING A CITY
 BUSINESS TAX LICENSE; THEREFORE, ROLLS ROYCE IS NOT
 PERMITTED TO HAVE A SIGN.
  
 3) THE CITY BASES THE AMOUNT OF ALLOWABLE SIGN AREA ON
 THE FACADE AREA OF THE BUILDING. NO FACADE CALCULATION
 WAS PROVIDED FOR THE TWO FACADES WHERE THE SIGNS ARE
 PROPOSED, WHICH DOES NOT ALLOW STAFF TO VERIFY IF THE
 SIGN SQUARE FOOTAGE IS AVAILABLE FOR NEW SIGNS.
  
 4) PROVIDE CURRENT PICTURES OF THE SOUTH AND WEST
 FACADES, INCLUDING ALL EXISTING SIGNAGE WITH THE
 DIMENSIONS OF THE EXISTING SIGNAGE. THE CITY ONLY
 ALLOWS A FINITE AMOUNT OF SIGN SQUARE FOOTAGE PER
 FACADE. THE SIGNAGE ALLOWED GETS PROGRESSIVELY LESS AS
 MORE SIGNS FOR INDIVIDUAL BUSINESSES ARE ADDED.
  
 5) ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY BE GENERATED WHEN THE
 INFORMATION LISTED ABOVE IS PROVIDED.
