 SHALL BE ASSIGNED A NUMERICAL PRIMARY ADDRESS FOR EACH
 LOT BASED ON THE NUMBERED RANGE OF THE APPROPRIATE
 SEGMENT OF ROADWAY CENTERLINE. THE STRUCTURE NUMBER
 SHALL BE DETERMINED BY THE LINE PERPENDICULAR TO THE
 ROAD CENTERLINE, WHICH INTERSECTS THE MAIN ACCESS OR
 ENTRANCE TO THE STRUCTURE. THE NUMBER OF THE CENTERLINE
 SEGMENT AT THE POINT OF PERPENDICULAR INTERSECTION
 SHALL BE THE NUMBER OF THE STRUCTURE.
  
 AFTER CONSULTING WITH JOSEPH CARLINI, SHE AGREED THAT
 ALLEVIATING THIS CONFUSION WAS LONG OVERDUE. THEREFORE,
 I INIATED AN ADDRESSING CHANGE TO 4375 EASLEY DR & SENT
