 AWNING COLORS SHALL BE APPROVED BY CITYPLACE RETAIL IN
 WRITING.
  
 2) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN REQUIRES THAT BOTH
 SIDES OF A SHED AWNING MUST BE OPEN, UNLESS OTHERWISE
 APPROVED BY CITYPLACE RETAIL IN WRITING.
  
 3) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN REQUIRES THAT AWNINGS
 SHALL BE A SUNBRELLA 100% SOLUTION DYED ACRYLIC OR
 SUNBRELLA FIRESIST 100% SOLUTION DYED MODACRYLIC
 MATERIAL (OR EQUIVALENT APPROVED BY CITYPLACE RETAIL IN
 WRITING).
  
 4) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN PROHIBITS VINYL
 AWNINGS.
  
 5) ITEMS NO. 1 THROUGH 3 SHALL BE PROVIDED ON A
 NOTARIZED LETTER FROM CITYPLACE THAT THEY HAVE GRANTED
 THE SPECIFIC ALLOWANCES FOR THESE PARTICULAR AWNINGS.
