 7) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R403.1.4 FOR MINIMUM
 FOUNDATION DEPTH OF 12" BELOW GRADE.
  
 8) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R404.1.6 WHICH REQUIRES THE
 CONCRETE FOUNDATION TO EXTEND 4" ABOVE GRADE.
  
 9) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE PGT FIXED WINDOW
 (PW-701), NOA NO. 08-1112.10 HAS BEEN SUPERSEDED. THE
 CURRENT ONE IS NOA NO. 10-0504.05. SUBMIT THE CURRENT
 NOA THAT HAS BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY
