 ADDRESS ON PLANS DOES NOT MATCH THE ADDRESS ON THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 THE JOB VALUE ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION APPEARS TO BE
 UNDERVALUED AT $31.25 PER SPRINKLER. JOB VALUE SHALL
 INCLUDE ALL MATERIALS AND LABOR. SUBMIT A COPY OF THE
 SIGNED CONTRACT.
  
 FLORIDA STATUES REQUIRE THE SPRINKLER DESIGN TO BE
 SIGNED AND SEALED BY A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER WHEN THE
 SPRINKLER INSTALLATION/MODIFICATION EFFECTS MORE THAN
 49 SPRINKLERS.
  
 THE PLANS INDICATE THE DESIGN IS LIGHT HAZARD; HOWEVER,
 THE MASTER PERMIT (#11040096) INDICATES THIS SPACE WILL
 BE A FURNITURE STORE WHICH WOULD HAVE A FUEL LOAD
 EXCEEDING WHAT WOULD BE EXPECTED FOR A LIGHT HAZARD
 OCCUPANCY. THE PLANS INDICATE STANDARD RESPONSE
 SPRINKLERS; IF THIS SPACE IS NOT A FURNITURE STORE, AND
 THE HAZARD IS ACTUALLY LIGHT HAZARD, THEN
 QUICK-RESPONSE TYPE SPRINKLERS WOULD BE APPROPRIATE.
 VERIFY THE INTENDED USE OF THIS SPACE.
  
 NO WATER SUPPLY OR HYDRANT FLOW TEST INFORMATION
 PROVIDED ON THE PLANS.
  
 NO SPRINKLER PROTECTION PROVIDED IN SMALL CLOSET NEAR
 REAR OF BUILDING.
  
 THE SPRINKLER IN THE EXISTING STORAGE ROOM IS LOCATED
 MORE THAN 7'-6" FROM THE WALL.
  
 THE SPRINKLER IN THE MEN'S RESTROOM IS LOCATED MORE
 THAN 9 FEET FROM THE WALL.
  
 THE SPRINKLERS LOCATED IN THE PREP ROOM AND STORAGE
 ROOMS ARE INDICATED AS NOT BEING IN THE CONTRACT. THESE
 SPRINKLERS ARE PROTECTING MORE THAN 130 SQUARE FEET AND
 SHOULD BE CORRECTED.
  
 THE SPRINKLERS TO THE LEFT OF THE EXISTING PREP ROOM
 ARE LOCATED MORE THAN 7'-6" FROM THE WALL.
  
 ONLY ONE SYMBOL IS PROVIDED SPRINKLER SCHEDULE; TWO
 SYMBOLS APPEAR ON THE PLAN.
  
 THE SPRINKLER CUT SHEET SUBMITTED DOES NOT MATCH THE
 SPRINKLER SCHEDULE INFORMATION (TY-FRB/TY-B).
  
 THE WOMEN'S BATHROOM IS PART OF THE MASTER PERMIT SCOPE
 OF WORK, BUT THE SPRINKLER PLAN INDICATES THIS IS NOT
 IN THE SCOPE OF SPRINKLER WORK. VERIFY.
  
 ANY PARTIAL HEIGHT WALLS WITH CEILINGS WILL REQUIRE
 SPRINKLERS TO BE LOCATED AT THE STRUCTURE. VERIFY ALL
 EXPOSED STRUCTURE TO BE PROTECTED BY SPRINKLERS WITHIN
 12-INCHES OF THE ROOF DECK.
