 1. PLEASE APPLY FOR A LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND SUBMIT TWO
 COPIES OF A SIGNED AND SEALED LANDSCAPE PLAN DRAWN BY A
 REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT. SUBMIT A CERTIFIED COST
 ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE
 MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION NECESSARY FOR THE
 EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE
 XERISCAPE DESIGN OPTIONS.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D) (2), THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN SHALL CONTAIN ALL OF THE ITEMS ENUMERATED IN THIS
 SECTION.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (G) (3) (II), IN ALL
 AREAS THAT ARE TO BE PLANTED IN A CULTIVATED LANDSCAPE
 (INCLUDING ADJACENT RIGHTS-OF-WAY), IRRIGATION SYSTEMS
 SHALL BE DESIGNED TO HAVE 120 PERCENT COVERAGE.
  
 5. BECAUSE THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM WILL NEED TO BE
 MODIFIED, AN IRRIGATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED. PLEASE
 APPLY FOR THE IRRIGATION PERMIT AND SUBMIT TWO COPIES
 OF IRRIGATION PLANS.
  
 6. CURBING AND FENCING SHALL BE SEPARATED INTO TWO
 SEPARTE PEMITS.

 BE LANDSCAPED WITH PLANTS SPACED AT TWO-FOOT INTERVALS
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH SEC. 94-444(B).
  
 PLEASE INDICATE THE SIZE OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE. THE
