 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. THE SURVEY SHALL NOTE THE DIMENSION FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINE TO THE EXISTING SIGN. AS THE SIGN DOES
 NOT APPEAR TO MEET THE CURRENT SETBACKS REQUIRED BY THE
 CITY?S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, THE
 EXISTING SIGN IS CONSIDERED NONCONFORMING. AS SUCH, THE
 PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS TO THE EXISTING SIGN SHALL NOT
 INCREASE THE EXISTING NONCONFORMITY. THEREFORE, THE
 PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS SHALL NOT BE ANY CLOSER TO THE
 PROPERTY LINE THAN THAT WHICH CURRENTLY EXISTS.
  
 2. TWO (2) COPIES OF ALL PLANS SHALL BE PROVIDED. ONLY
