 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT AND
 ACCURATE SURVEY SHOWING THE EXISTING CONDITIONS.
  
 2. THE SCALE SHOWN ON THE PLAN IS INCORRECT. IT IS
 DRAWN AT 1"=10' AND NOT 1"=20'.
  
 3. THE DRIVEWAY WIDTH SHALL NOT BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN
 20 FEET FOR TWO -WAY ACCESS.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(5)(A), LANDSCAPE AREAS
 SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM VEHICULAR USE AREAS BY
 NON-MOUNTABLE, CONCRETE CURBING OF THE TYPE
 CHARACTERIZED AS "TYPE D".
  
 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(5)(B), LANDSCAPE AREAS
 ADJACENT TO OFF-STREET PARKING AREAS SHALL BE PROTECTED
 FROM ENCROACHMENT OR INTRUSION OF VEHICLES THROUGH THE
 USE OF WHEEL STOPS. WHEEL STOPS SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM
 HEIGHT OF SIX INCHES ABOVE THE FINISHED GRADE OR THE
 PARKING AREA. THEY ARE TO BE SET BACK TWO (2) FEET FROM
 THE HEAD OF THE PARKING SPACE (SEE PARKING DETAIL).
  
 6. THE PARKING STALL IN THE FAR NORTHEAST CORNER SHALL
 BE A MINIMUM OF 18 FEET IN LENGTH. AS SHOWN, IT IS ONLY
 16 FEET IN LENGTH.
