 THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL EXISTING SIGNAGE VS.
 PROPOSED NEW SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR THIS BUILDING SHALL BE
 SHOWN ON A SITE DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ("ZLDR") AND/OR APPROVED
 ORDINANCE NO. 4216-09. REFER TO THE ZLDR FOR SIGNAGE
 REGULATIONS, UNDER THE COMMUNITY SERVICE PLANNED
