 THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN LIMITS THE SIGN COPY TO
 TRADE NAMES AND LOGOS ONLY. PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT
 "FAST QUALITY FOOD" IS PART OF THE TRADE NAME, OR IT
 SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE SIGN.
  
 THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN MEASURES SIGNAGE
 ALLOWANCE AS FOLLOWS - ONE SQUARE FOOT OF SIGNAGE FOR
 EACH ONE LINEAR FOOT OF STORE FRONTAGE. THE PLANS SHOW
 THE STORE FRONTAGE AS 22 FEET. THE PROPOSED 28.4 SQUARE
 FOOT SIGN IS TOO LARGE.
  
 THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN ALLOWS CITYPLACE TO
 APPROVE IN WRITING A VARIANCE TO INCREASE IN THE SIGN
 SQUARE FOOTAGE BY 25 PERCENT. THIS WOULD ALLOW A SIGN
 UP TO 27.5 SQUARE FEET. PROVIDE A NOTARIZED LETTER FROM
 CITYPLACE THAT THEY HAVE GRANTED THIS SPECIFIC VARIANCE
 AND PROVIDE NEW SIGN SPECIFICATIONS.
