 PAVING OF ALMOST THE ENTIRE FRONT YARD OF THIS
 PROPERTY. UNLESS THE APPLICANT/PROPERTY OWNER CAN
 SUPPLY THIS PERMIT, THEN ANY PAVING NOT APPROVED SHALL
 BE REMOVED. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS: REQUIRED PARKING MAY
 BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE LESSER OF
 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD AREA
 MUST BE LANDSCAPED. THE SURVEY SHOWS MORE PAVING THAN
 IS ALLOWED BY CODE.
  
 2) THIS IS A DHCD PROJECT, AND THEREFORE IS EXEMPT FROM
 THE REQUIREMENT TO COMPLY WITH THE CITY'S LANDSCAPE
 PROVISIONS BASED ON THE PERMIT VALUE EXCEEDING 50% OF
 THE HOUSE VALUE PER ANGELLA VANN.
