 1. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION NECESSARY FOR THE
 EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE
 XERISCAPE DESIGN OPTIONS.
  
 2. ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN, PLEASE SHOW ALL UTILITIES AND
 HOW THEY CONNECT TO THE HOME, EASEMENTS, OVERHANGING
 TREE CANOPIES FROM NEIGHBORING PROPERTY, OVERHEAD LINES
 AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT COULD AFFECT THE PLACEMENT OF
 THE LANDSCAPING. ALL TREES MUST COMPLY WITHE THE FPL
 "PLANT THE RIGHT TREE IN THE RIGHT PLACE" GUIDELINES
 THAT LIMITS WHICH TREE SPECIES CAN BE PLANTED NEAR OR
 UNDER POWER LINES.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE SOD AND IRRIGATION IN THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY BETWEEN THE PROPERTY LINE AND THE PAVED
 ROAD.
  
 4. PLEASE PROVIDE A COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE
 TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN
 DOWN INTO UNIT COST.
