 1. THE DRIVEWAY WAS CHANGED ON THIS PLAN AS COMPARED TO
 THE PREVIOUS PLAN. A PAVING PERMIT IS REQUIRED.
  
 2. REPEAT COMMENT: . PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (B) (2)
 (A), FOR SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING UNITS, AT LEAST ONE
 SHADE, FLOWERING OR FRUIT TREE SHALL BE PLANTED FOR
 EACH 1,200 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION
 THEREOF. OPEN SPACE IS DETERMINED BY TAKING THE TOTAL
 SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE LOT AND DEDUCTING THE FOOTPRINT
 OF THE STRUCTURE. THE DIFFERENCE IS THE OPEN SPACE.
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE LOT AND THE
 BUILDING FOOTPRINT AND CORRECT THE LANDSCAPE
 CALCULATIONS.
  
 3. REPEAT COMMENT: ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED TREES AND
 PLANT MATERIAL SHALL BE IDENTIFIED BY NAME, QUANTITY,
 SIZE AND SPACING.

 PRIVATE LAND AND PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BETWEEN STREET OR

 GRASS. GRASS AREAS SHALL BE SODDED. PLEASE SHOW SOD IN

 WHITE FLY INFESTATIONS. IF NOT TREATED, THE FOLIAGE
 WILL BECOME SPARSE AND THE PLANTS CAN DIE. STAFF WOULD
 SUGGEST THAT ANOTHER PLANT SPECIES BE PLANTED.
  
 6. REPEAT COMMENT: A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT WILL BE
 REQUIRED FOR ANY TREES THAT WILL BE REMOVED OR
 RELOCATED. A COPY OF THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS
 AVAILABLE AT THE FRONT DESK OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT.
  
 7. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D) (2) THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN SHALL CONTAIN ALL OF THE ITEMS ENURMERATED IN THIS
 SECTION.
  
 8. PLEASE APPLY FOR AN IRRIGATION PERMIT. SUBMIT AN
 APPLICATION AND TWO SETS OF IRIGATION PLANS.
  
 9. FIVE POINTS WERE TAKEN ON THE XERISCAPE DESIGN
 OPTIONS FOR A RAIN SENSOR OTHER THAN A RAINSWTICH. IN
 ORDER TO TAKE CREDIT FOR THIS OPTION, YOU MUST
 IDENTIFIY THE EQUIPMENT TO BE USED TO MEET THIS
