 REQUIRED. AN APPLICATION IS AVAILABLE AT THE FRONT DESK
 OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT.
  
 2. REPEAT COMMENT: PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (G)
 (3) (II), IN ALL AREAS THAT ARE TO BE PLANTED IN A
 CULTIVATED LANDSCAPE, IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 DESIGNED TO HAVE 120 PERCENT COVERAGE. THIS INCLUDES
 RIGHTS-OF-WAY. BECAUSE THE PROPERTY OWNER IS REQUIRED
 TO PROVIDE SOD IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND BECAUSE THIS IS
 A PART OF THE CULTIVATED LANDSCAPE, IRRIGATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 4. REPEAT COMMENT: CREDIT WAS TAKEN ON THE XERISCAPE
 CHART FOR A MOISTURE SENSING CONTROLLER OTHER THAN A
 RAIN SWITCH, BUT A NOTE ON THE PLAN INDICATES THAT A
 RAIN SENSOR WILL BE INSTALLED. IF A MOISTURE SENSING
 DEVICE IS BEING USED, PLEASE IDENTIFY THE EQUIPMENT.
 PLEASE IDENTIFY THE EQUIPMENT OR ELIMINATE THE FIVE
 POINTS FROM THE XERISCAPE TABLE. HOWEVER, IF YOU DO NOT
 USE A MOISTURE SENSING CONTROLLER, A RAIN SWITCH IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 6. REPEAT COMMENT: THE PINK TABEBUIA TREE AT THE
 NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SITE SHALL BE REMOVED AND THE
 REPLACEMENT TREE SHALL BE PLANTED APPROXIMATELY TEN
 FEET TO THE WEST. THE TREE IS SHOWN TO BE REMOVED BUT
 THERE WAS NO REFERENCE TO BEING REPLACED.
  
 7. REPEAT COMMENT: BASED UPON YOUR CALCULATIONS, THREE
 IS A SHORTAGE OF 185 SQUARE FEET OF LANDSCAPE AREA
 PROVIDED AS COMPARED TO WHAT IS REQUIRED.
  
 8. REPEAT COMMENT: ALL TREES AND SHRUBS SHALL BE
 PLANTED AT OR SLIGHTLY ABOVE GRADE WITH THE THREE
 INCHES OF MULCH PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE ROOTBALL. NO MORE
 THAN A ONE INCH LAYER OF MULCH SHOULD BE APPLIED OVER
 THE ROOTBALL. THE LANDSCAPE DETAILS SHOULD REFLECT THIS
 INFORMATION.
  
 9. THE PLAN WAS MARKED UP RATHER THAN REDRAWN WITH THE
 CHANGES AND NO WRITTEN RESPONSE WAS PROVIDED.

 VISIBILITY TRIANGLE. ALSO, HEDGES PLANTED NEXT TO
 PUBLIC SIDEWALKS NEED CONSTANT MAINTENANCE TO KEEP THEM
 FROM GROWING INTO THE PUBLIC AREA.
