 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE SHALL, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT FEASIBLE,
 COINCIDE WITH THE ROUTE FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC. PLEASE
 EITHER REVISE BY LOCATING THE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE ON THE
 SIDEWALK ADJACENT TO THE BUILDING OR EXPLAIN RATIONALE
