 A) ACCORDING TO THE MIAMI-DADE WEBSITE THE NOA
 07-1203.01 SUBMITTED WAS SUPERSEDED. NEED TO PROVIDE
 CURRENT NOA,
  
 B) PROVIDE SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS FOR
 NAIL ENHANCING AT PERIMETER AND CORNER AREAS AS
 REQUIRED BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7 ON LAST PAGE OF NOA
 SUBMITTED.
  
 C) DESIGN PROFESSIONAL DOING THE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS
 TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THAT ACCORDING TO THE 2009
 REVISIONS SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED IN
 EXPOSURE "C".
  
 3- A) SPECIFY HOW IS THE CLAY TILE GOING TO BE FASTENED
 TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC.
 R301 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 B) IF USING POLYFOAM, THEN PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF THE
 POLYFOAM PRODUCT APPROVAL. SEE CLAY TILE NOA SUBMITTED
 FOR LISTED POLYFOAM TO BE USED.
