 ONLY (1) ACCESS POINT IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.
  
  
 3. THE EXISTING AERIAL SHOWS THE DRIVEWAY CLOSER TO THE
 EAST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY. IS THIS AN ADDITIONAL AREA
 TO BE PAVED?
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZLDR: REQUIRED
 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NONDUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE.
  
 PROVIDE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF FRONT YARD AREA THAT IS
 LANDSCAPED. NOTE THAT THIS PROVISION PERTAINS TO THE
 FIRST 25 FEET OF FRONT PROPERTY DEPTH BY THE TOTAL
 PROPERTY WIDTH.
