 1) PLANS COVER WORK UNDER BOTH PERMIT NUMBERS 10030228
 (8100 OKEECHOBEE) AND 10060217 (8120 OKEECHOBEE).
  
 2) THE PLANS ARE INCONSISTENT WITH THE PLANS SUBMITTED
 FOR THE BALANCE OF TRACT A WORK (#10090709).
  
 3) THE PLANS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE "AS-BUILT", YET THE
 PLANS DO NOT REFLECT WHAT THE INSPECTOR OBSERVED IN THE
 FIELD. THE LANDSCAPE STRIP BETWEEN THE PARKING STALLS
 SHOWS 10 FEET. THE FIELD MEASUREMENT WAS LESS THAN 9
 FEET. IN ADDITION, THERE IS A PAVED AREA WITH A DRAIN
 RUNNING THROUGH THE LANDSCAPE STRIP THAT IS NOT
 REFLECTED ON THIS PLAN.
  
 4) THE PROPOSED HEDGE AROUND THE TRANSFORMER BLOCKS THE
 DOORS INTO THE UNIT (SOUTH SIDE).
  
 5) THERE IS A SINGLE GREEN BUTTONWOOD TREE ALONG THE
 EAST PERIMETER OF THE SITE THAT SHALL BE RELOCATED
 ELSEWHERE AND REPLACED WITH A MAHOGANY TREE TO BE
 CONSISTENT WITH THE BALANCE OF THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER.
  
 6) AN ADDITIONAL MAHOGANY TREE IS NEEDED ALONG THE
 NORTH PERIMETER BUFFER TOWARD THE WEST END (NORTHWEST
 OF DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE).
  
 7) APPROVAL OF A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT IS
 REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A REVISION TO THE
 ORIGINALLY APPROVED PERMIT PLANS.
