 1) PLANS COVER WORK UNDER BOTH PERMIT NUMBERS 08100349
 (8100 OKEECHOBEE) AND 10060217 (8120 OKEECHOBEE). THE
 REVISION NEEDS TO BE LINKED TO BOTH PERMITS.
  
 2) THE PLANS ARE INCONSISTENT WITH THE PLANS SUBMITTED
 FOR THE BALANCE OF TRACT A WORK (#10090708).
  
 3) DIMENSIONS STATED ON THE PLANS DO NOT MATCH THE
 SCALE SIZE FOR THE SOUTHERN PARKING ROWS AND LANDSCAPE
 AREA.
  
 4) THE PLANS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE ???AS-BUILT???, YET
 THE PLANS DO NOT REFLECT WHAT THE INSPECTOR OBSERVED IN
 THE FIELD. THE LANDSCAPE STRIP BETWEEN THE PARKING
 STALLS SHOWS 10 FEET. THE FIELD MEASUREMENT WAS LESS
 THAN 9 FEET. IN ADDITION, THERE IS A PAVED AREA WITH A
 DRAIN RUNNING THROUGH THE LANDSCAPE STRIP THAT IS NOT
 REFLECTED ON THIS PLAN.
  
 5) THE PLANS DO NOT APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN REDRAWN FOR THE
 REVISION, YET THE DIMENSION NUMBERS WERE CHANGED. THIS
 IS NOT THE PROPER WAY TO REVISE PLANS.
  
 6) PLEASE PROVIDE THE FULL DIMENSIONS OF THE TERMINAL
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE BANK. ALSO
 PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE ADJACENT TRAVEL AISLES.
  
 7) THE TRANSFORMER IS NOT IN THE LOCATION SHOWN ON THE
 PLAN.
  
 8) APPROVAL OF A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT IS
 REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A REVISION TO THE
 ORIGINALLY APPROVED PERMIT PLANS.
