 TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN
 DOWN INTO UNIT COST.
  
 2. THE LANDSCAPE CALCULATIONS PROVIDED ARE INCORRECT.
 OPEN SPACE IS DETERMINED BY TAKING THE OVERALL SQUARE
 FOOTAGE OF THE SITE AND DEDUCTING THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF
 THE BUILDING FOOTPRINT. THE HARDSCAPE IS PART OF THE
 OPEN SPACE. THEREFORE, ADDITIONAL TREES ARE REQUIRED.
  
 3. SOD AND IRRIGATION IS REQUIRED IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY
 BETWEEN THE PROPERTY LINE AND THE PAVED ROAD. TREES
 CANNOT BE PLANTED IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY WITHOUT GETTING
 PERMISSION FROM THE CITY ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT.
  
 4. IT WOULD BE SUGGESTED THAT THE EXISTING FICUS HEDGE
 THAT RUNS ALONG THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE, BE REMOVED FOR
 SECURITY REASONS AND TO IMPROVE THE VISIBILITY FOR
 PEOPLE BACKING OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY. FOUNDATION PLANTING
 ALONG THE FRONT OF THE STRUCTURE WOULD BE ENCOURAGED.
