 STAFF MEMBERS ARE TO WATCH THE VIDEO AND TAKE THE TEST.
 COPIES OF CERTIFICATES ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE FIRE
 MARSHAL'S OFFICE PRIOR TO OPENING. OVERCROWDING IS NOT
 PERMITTED WITHIN THE ESTABLISHMENT. THE FINAL OCCUPANT
 LOAD WILL BE DETERMINED BY THIS OFFICE AND WILL BE
 REQUIRED TO BE POSTED. STAFF MEMBERS ARE TO CLICK IN
 AND OUTS TO PREVENT OVERCROWDING.
  
 4. ALL RATED FIRE DOORS ARE TO BE EQUIPPED WITH FIRE
 RATED PANIC HARDWARE. OTHER EXIT DOORS ARE TO BE
 EQUIPPED WITH PANIC HARDWARE.
  
 5. IT APPEARS THAT THE LOUNGE/SEATING AREA 105 IS TOO
 CROWDED. PLEASE REVIEW AREA TO DETERMINE ADEQUATE EXIT
 ACCESS.
  
 6. ALL EXISTING FIRE WALLS IF DAMAGED ARE TO BE
 REPAIRED TO PREVIOUS CONDITION. ALL PIPE PENETRATIONS
 ARE TO BE SEALED IN AN APPROVED MANNER WITH APPROVED
 MATERIALS FOR THAT PURPOSE.
  
 7. THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE VOICE
 EVACUATION INSTRUCTIONS TO THE OCCUPANTS UPON
 ACTIVATION OF THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM. PLEASE INDICATE
 WHAT THE VOICE EVACUATION PROMPTS WILL INDICATE TO
 VISITORS TO DO IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY.
  
 8. ALL COOLERS AND FREEZERS ARE TO BE FIRE SPRINKLER
 PROTECTED.
  
 9. PLEASE DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH FIRE RETARDANT
 CRITERIA FOR THE TIKI COVERING MATERIAL SHOWN ON SHEET
 A-5.0.
  
 10. THE INSTALLATION OF ANY SOFFIT MATERIAL SHALL NOT
 INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF ANY FIRE SPRINKLER
