 1. ZONING COMMENTS UNDER MAIN PERMIT (#09120582)MUST BE
 ADDRESSED PRIOR TO LANDSCAPE APPROVAL. THE CIRCULATION
 PATTERN DOES NOT FUNCTION. PLEASE REVISE THIS AND THE
 MAIN PERMIT TO ADDRESS ZONING COMMENTS.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3) (A), EACH ROW OF
 PARKING SPACES SHALL BE TERMINATED BY LANDSCAPED
 ISLANDS OF NOT LESS THAN FIVE FEET IN WIDTH AND NOT
 LESS THAN THE LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING STALL.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3) (A), EVERY
 TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE
 SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE. THE ISLAND ADJACENT TO THE
 ACCESS GATES IS CONCRETE AND DOES NOT HAVE A TREE. THE
 ISLAND THAT WAS REDUCED DOES NOT HAVE A TREE AT THE END
 OF THE PARKING ROW, SOUTH OF THE GUARD SHACK.
