 1) THE SITE PLAN PROVIDED WITH THE PERMIT DOES NOT
 MATCH THE 2009 AERIAL. PROVIDE A RECENT SURVEY, LESS
 THAN ONE YEAR OLD, WHICH SHOWS ALL IMPROVEMENTS AND THE
 DIMENSIONS TO THE PROPERTY LINES.
  
 2) THE SITE PLAN (OR A COPY OF SURVEY WITH PROPOSED
 PERGOLA DRAWN ON) SHALL INDICATE THE SETBACK FROM THE
 POSTS TO THE FRONT (NORTH) AND EAST SIDE PROPERTY
 LINES. THE REQUIRED FRONT SETBACK IS A MINIMUM OF 25
 FEET AND THE REQUIRED SIDE SETBACK IS A TOTAL OF AT
 LEAST 15 FEET FOR BOTH SIDES WITH ONE SIDE ABLE TO BE A
 MINIMUM OF 5 FEET. NOTE: THE SETBACK ON THE WEST SIDE
 OF THE PROPERTY WILL DETERMINE THE ALLOWED EAST
 SETBACK.
  
 3) THE 2009 AERIAL INDICATES THAT THERE MAY BE
 LANDSCAPE (TREES OR SHRUBS) REMOVED AS PART OF THE
 PERGOLA INSTALLATION. ANY TREES OR SHRUBS THAT ARE
 REMOVED AS PART OF THE INSTALLATION SHALL BE RELOCATED
 ON-SITE. PRIOR TO ANY TREE RELOCATION, A TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL BE FILED WITH
 ROBERT KUSSNER IN THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT.
