 1. THE SOD, MOST TREES AND THE PLANT MATERIAL IS IN
 POOR CONDITION OR DEAD. THE ENTIRE LOT SHALL BE SODDED.
  
 2. THE ONLY TREES THAT SHALL REMAIN ARE THE LIVE OAK IN
 FRONT, THE CABAGE PALM IN THE REAR AND THE MANGO IN THE
 REAR. TWO ADDTIONAL CABAGE PALMS WOULD NEED TO BE
 PLANTED ADJACENT TO THE EXISTING PALM FOR IT TO BE
 COUNTED. THE BANANA TREE CANNOT BE COUNTED AS A TREE.
 THE CHINA BERRY ON THE EAST SIDE IS PARTIALLY ON THIS
 SITE AND PARTIALLY ON THE NEIGHBORING PROPERTY, SO IT
 CANNOT BE COUNTED.THE OTHER TREES NEED TO BE REMOVED.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D) (2), ALL OF THE ITEMS
 ENUMERATED IN THIS SECTION SHALL BE PART OF THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN, INCLUDING A PLANT LIST WITH THE NAMES

 THE REGULATIONS FOR SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCES ARE AS
 FOLLOWS:
  
 1 SHADE, FLOWERING, OR FRUIT TREE PER 1,200 SQUARE FEET
 OF OPEN SPACE (AS MEASURED BY TAKING THE LOT AREA AND
 SUBTRACTING THE BUILDING FOOTPRING) OR PORTION THEREOF.
 ASSUMING THE LOT IS 50'X115' (5,750 SQUARE FEET) AND
 THE LISTED FOOTPRINT OF THE STRUCTURE IS 1,456 SQUARE
 FEET THE OPEN SPACE ON THIS LOT IS 4,294 SQUARE FEET.
 THIS YIELDS A REQUIREMENT OF 4 SHADE TREES.
  
 1 SHRUB PER 500 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION
 THEREOF. IN THIS CASE, 9 SHRUBS WOULD BE REQUIRED
  
 NOTE THAT LANDSCAPE PLANS FOR SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCES
 DO NOT NEED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY A REGISTERED
