 1) SECTION 94-408(A)(1)D OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ALLOW ONE WALL MOUNTED SIGN PER
 BUSINESS OCCUPANT OF THE BUILDING PLUS TWO ADDITIONAL
 WALL MOUNTED SIGNS. THE EXISTING SIGNAGE ON THE
 BUILDING EXCEEDS THIS ALLOWANCE AS EACH BUSINESS WITH A
 STOREFRONT ALONG BELVEDERE ROAD HAS MORE THAN ONE SIGN.
 NOTE, THAT THE EXISTING G & G SIGN ON THE WEST FACADE
 OF THE BUILDING WOULD NEED TO BE REMOVED TO BE REPLACED
 BY ONE OF THE NEW GONZALEZ & GARCIA SIGNS.
  
 2) ALL OF THE EXISTING SIGNAGE ON THE BUILDING WAS
 INSTALLED WITHOUT PERMITS. NO NEW SIGNAGE WILL BE
 APPROVED FOR THIS BUILDING UNTIL ALL OF THE UNPERMITTED
 SIGNAGE IS EITHER REMOVED OR APPROVED AND INSTALLED
 AFTER THE ISSUANCE OF A VALID BUILDING PERMIT.
  
 3) PLEASE NOTE THE BUILDING FACADE AND THE ALLOWABLE
 SQ. FT. NUMBERS PROVIDED ON THE ELEVATION DRAWING ARE
 INCORRECT.
  
 4) IN THE ABSENCE OF THE ABOVE LISTED ISSUES, THE SIGN
 MEETS THE SIZE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CODE.
