 PLAN WITH THE TREE REMOVAL INFORMATION TO ME IN ORDER
 TO PROCESS THE TREE ALTERATION PERMIT. THERE IS A
 CONFLICT BETWEEN THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND THE TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT APPLICATION. THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 INDICATES THAT 7 TREES WILL BE REMOVED BUT THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN HAS A NOTE THAT NO TREES WILL BE
 REMOVED. THEY WILL EITHER REMAIN IN PLACE OR BE
 RELOCATED ON SITE. PLEASE CLARIFY.

 1. REPEAT COMMENT: PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF
 THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR): AS
 THE VALUE OF THE PROPOSED WORK EXCEEDS 50% OF THE
 STRUCTURE'S VALUE (LISTED AS "IMPROVEMENT VALUE" WITH
 THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE), LANDSCAPING
 SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS
 FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SHALL IDENTIFY ALL NEW AND EXISTING SHRUBS AND GROUND
 COVER FOR THE ENTIRE SITE. THE EXISTING TREES WERE
 IDENTIFIED.
  
 2. IRRIGATION REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT. PLEASE SUBMIT
 TWO COPIES OF AN IRRIGATION PLAN, SHOWING THE LAYOUT
 AND COMPONENTS OF THE SYSTEM. THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM
 SHALL PROVIDE 120% COVERAGE TO ALL LANDSCAPE AREAS,
 INCLUDING THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 3. A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED
 THROUGH A DIFFERENT PROCESS, SEPARATE FROM THE
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT. PLEASE APPLY FOR A TREE ALTER
