 PROPOSED DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE LOCATION IS NOT SERVICABLE
 WHERE SHOWN. PAST EFFORTS BY THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT
 TO PICK UP THERE, AT THIS SAME LOCATION, RESULTED IN
 THE TRUCK'S PATH TRACKING OFF THE ROAD (TUXEDO LANE)
 AND ON TO THE GRASS PLAY FIELD CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE
 TURF. IF THIS IS TO BE THE ONLY LOCATION DESIGNATED FOR
 THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE, THEN A SAFE STAGING AREA WILL
 HAVE TO BE CHOSEN AND THE DUMPSTER ROLLED THERE AND
 RETURNED FOR SERVICE AT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE
 PROPERTY MANAGER.
  
 IT IS FURTHER NOTED THAT THIS ARRANGEMENT BE CONFIRMED
 WITH THE SANITATION SUPERVISOR AND SHOULD BE SO NOTED
 ON THE PLANS.
