| WHICH LISTS VARIOUS TREE SPECIES THAT CAN BE PLANTED |
| NEAR OR UNDER POWER LINES. PERHAPS THE ARECA PALMS THAT |
| WERE TO REMAIN COULD BE MOVED INTO THIS LOCATION. |

| 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444 (B), OUTDOOR GARBAGE OR |
| TRASH RECEPTACLES, FUEL TANKS, AND OTHER MECHANICAL |
| EQUIPMENT SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED UNLESS APPROPRIATE |
| SCREENING IS PROVIDED. SCREENING SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED |
| OF BRICK, DECORATIVE CONCRETE, OTHER DECORATIVE |
| MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD AND STEEL. WALLS |
| SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH SHRUBS AND HEDGES PLANTED AT |
| TWO-FOOT INTERVALS. VISION OBSCURING GATES ARE |
| REQUIRED. THIS APPLIES TO THE CHAIN LINK FENCE THAT |
| SURROUNDS THE AIR CONDITIONING UNITS ALONG THE NORTH |
| SIDE OF THE SITE. CHAIN LINK FENCE WITH OR WITHOUT |
| SLATS DOES NOT MEET THE INTENT OF THE CODE. IN ADDITION |
| TO THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT, THERE IS AN UNSCREENED |
| DUMPSTER IN THE REAR PARKING LOT. |

| 4. A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED. THE |
| APPLICATION CAN BE OBTAINED AT THE FRONT DESK OF THE |
| PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT. THE TABEBUIA TREE, |
| MISIDENTIFIED AS A FICUS TREE, AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER |
| OF THE BUILDING IS PROPOSED TO BE REMOVED . THERE IS A |
| ROYAL PALM ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING NEAR |
| THE WALKWAY THAT DOES NOT APPEAR ON THE PLAN. |

| 5. THERE HAVE BEEN A NUMBER OF IMPROVEMENTS MADE TO |
| THIS SITE. THE PARKING LOT DOES NOT MEET ANY MINIMUM |
| STANDARD. THE APPLICANT SHOULD CONSIDER PROVIDING A |
| PERIMETER BUFFER AROUND THE PARKING LOT TO HELP SCREEN |
| IF FROM THE NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES. |
