 SECTION 94-305(A)(7) OF THE ZLDRS, STEPS WHICH ARE
 THREE (3) FEET OR LESS ABOVE GRADE SHALL NOT ENCROACH
 INTO ANY REQUIRED SETBACK TO A POINT NO CLOSER THAN TWO
 (2) FEET TO THE PROPERTY LINE.
  
 2) THE SITE PLAN SHALL NOTE THE LOCATION OF ALL
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-305(A)(4)
 OF THE ZLDRS, MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL NOT ENCROACH
 MORE THAN FOUR (4) FEET INTO ANY REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF ALL WALKWAYS,
 DRIVEWAYS, ETC. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482(A) OF THE

 LANDSCAPING. THERE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE ANY PROBLEM
 WITH THIS, JUST PLEASE NOTE THE DIMENSIONS AS
 VERIFICATION.
  
 4) PLEASE INDICATE THE DIMENSION OF THE ROOF OVERHANGS.
 THE CONSTRUCTION PACKAGE FOR THE BUILDING INDICATES
 THAT ROOF OVERHANGS MAY VARY, BUT ARE TYPICALLY 12
