 1- PERMIT APPLICATION SUBMITTED IS FOR MECHANICAL AND

 APPLY FOR THE BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF

 A) REVISE CODE ANALYSIS INFORMATION.
 (1) OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION IS NOT BUSINESS. SEE
 CHAPTER 3 OF 2007 FBC AND REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 (2) REVISE CONSTRUCTION TYPE. THIS BUILDING IS NOT
 TIMBER CONSTRUCTION. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 (3) REVISE TOTAL OCCUPANT LOAD SPECIFIED TO INCLUDE THE
 EXISTING RETAIL AREA.. SEE TABLE 1004.1.1 AND REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 B) REVISE THE MINIMUM INTERIOR FINISH CLASSIFICATION
 TABLE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE GENERAL NOTES COLUMN ON THE
 LEFT BOTTOM OF THE PAGE TO MATCH SPECIFIED OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION. THIS IS NOT ASSEMBLY TYPE. COORDINATE
 WITH ITEM 2(A)(1) ABOVE.
  
 3- DRAWING A-1: A) SPECIFY ALL DIMENSIONS BY THE TAKE
 OUT COUNTER AREA TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 11 OF 2007 FBC.
 SHOW THE WHEELCHAIR TURNING SPACE IN FRONT OF DISPLAY
 CABINET AND COUNTERTOP AREA AS REQUIRED BY SEC.

 REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 70 PERCENT OF THE FACADE OF THE
 BUILDING BETWEEN 2 AND 8 FEET TO BE CLEAR GLAZED.
 ALTHOUGH THE STRUCTURE IS BELOW THE REQUIRED 70
 PERCENT, YOU MAY GO NO LOWER THAN WHAT IS PROVIDED
 TODAY. IF THERE IS GLAZING INCORPORATED INTO THE DOOR
 TO BE REMOVED, AN AMOUNT OF GLAZING EQUAL OR GREATER
 THAN THAT IN THE DOOR MUST BE PROVIDED.
  
 2. SECTION 94-221(D)(8) REQUIRES THAT MECHANICAL
 SYSTEMS BE SCREENED FROM VIEW ON ALL SIDES TO THE FULL
 HEIGHT OF THE EQUIPMENT BY BUILT ELEMENTS.
