 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. PLEASE SUBMIT A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THAT
 INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND
 LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST WITH EACH LANDSCAPE
 APPLICATION.
  
 2. EACH HOME WILL REQUIRE SEPARATE LANDSCAPE AND
 IRRIGATION PERMITS AND PLANS, BECAUSE EACH LOT IS
 DIFFERENT AND THE OPEN SPACE, OF WHICH ALL OTHER
 REQUIRED PLANTING IS BASED, WILL DIFFER. . THERE SHOULD
 BE A VARIATION IN THE PLANT PALLET FOR EACH HOME.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION NECESSARY FOR THE
 EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE
 XERISCAPE DESIGN OPTIONS.
  
 4. PROVIDE THE SPACING FOR ALL PROPOSED PLANT MATERIAL.
 HEDGES GENERALLY ARE PLANTED AT 24" O.C. AND GROUND
 COVER AT 15-18" O.C..
  
 5. THE TREES SHOWN IN THE FRONT CORNERS OF THE HOME ARE
 TOO CLOSE TO THE STRUCTURE AND OVERHANG. THEY WILL
 CREATE A MAINTENANCE PROBLEM AS THE CROWN OF THE TREES
 DEVELOP.
  
 6. ALL PLANS SUBMITTED SHALL BE DRAWN TO SCALE. ALL
 UTILITIES, EASEMENTS, OVERHANGING TREE LIMBS FROM
 NEIGHBORING PROPERTY AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT MAY
 INTERFERE WITH THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPING SHALL BE SHOWN
 ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID POTENTIAL CONFLICTS. ALL
 TREES TO BE INSTALLED SHALL COMPLY WITH FPL'S "PLANT
 THE RIGHT TREE IN THE RIGHT PLACE" PROGRAM WHICH LIMITS
 WHICH TREE SPECIES CAN BE PLANTED NEAR OR UNDER POWER
 LINES.
  
 7. TREES IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY CANNOT BE COUNTED TOWARD
 MEETING THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS. SEPARATE STREET TREES
 MAY BE REQUIRED ONCE A STREET TREE PLANTING PLAN HAS
 BEEN DEVELOPED.
  
 8. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (D), PRIVATE LAND AND
 PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BETWEEN STREET OR SIDEWALK
 SURFACES AND REQUIRED BUFFER STRIPS AND LANDSCAPED OPEN
 SPACE AREAS SHALL BE PLANTED WITH GRASS. GRASS AREAS
 SHALL BE SODDED. THE MULCHED SIDE YARDS DO NOT MEET
 THIS REQUIREMENT.
