 8. CURRIE CRESCENT APPARENTLY RAN NORTH OF ACACIA AT
 ONE TIME. THERE ARE TWO DRIVEWAYS THAT EXIT INTO THESE
 PROPERTIES FROM THE EAST. ARE THESE LEGAL EXIT POINTS
 FOR THE PROPERTY TO THE EAST INTO THIS SITE? IF SO,
 HAVE THEY BEEN CONTACTED AND ASKED ABOUT THE REROUTING
 OF THE TRAFFIC, OUT TO OLIVE AND NOT CURRIE CRESCENT?
 9. THE NEW PARKING LOT IS BEING ADDRESSED, BUT THE
 EXISTING IS NOT, WHY?
 10. THE STORM SEWER SHOULD HAVE A POSITIVE OUTFALL,
 PLEASE SUPPLY THRU THE CATCH BASIN IN THE EXISTING
 PARKING LOT TO THE SOUTH. THAT CATCH BASIN OUTFALLS TO
 ACACIA.
 11. THERE WILL NEED TO BE AN ON-GRADE LEVEL SURFACE AT
 LEAST 44" WIDE ACROSS THE BACK OF THE SIDEWALK FOR ADA
 CROSSING OF THE DRIVEWAY ON OLIVE.
 12. IN SOME CASES THERE IS OVER A FOOT OF DIFFERENCE IN
 THE ELEVATIONS OF THE PROPERTY TO THE NORTH. PLEASE
 EXPLAIN HOW YOU ARE DOING THIS WITH OUT A RETENTION
 WALL.
 13. THE SAME HOLDS TRUE FOR THE SOUTH SIDE, BUT THE
 DIFFERENCE IS ONLY 0.5', HOW WILL THIS BE ADDRESSED?
 14.AN IRRIGATION SYSTEM IS REQUIRED WITH A RPZ BACKFLOW
 PREVENTER, PLEASE SUPPLY A PLAN. IT IS SUGGESTED THAT
 THE SERVICE ON OLIVE BE MOVED NORTH OUT OF THE WAY OF
 THE DRIVEWAY AND BE USED FOR IRRIGATION.
 15. THE SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT OF THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY
 (EAST OF THE EXISTING BUILDING) IS NOT REQUIRED TO GO
 BACK AS A SIDEWALK, THIS IS PRIVATE PROPERTY, NOT A

 1. IRRIGATION REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT. PLEASE APPLY
 FOR THE IRRIGATION PERMIT AND SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF AN
 IRRIGATION PLAN. THE PLAN SHALL SHOW THE LAYOUT OF THE
 SYSTEM AND IDENTIFY ALL OF THE COMPONENTS, INCLUDING A
 RAIN SENSING DEVICE AND BACK FLOW PREVENTER.
  
 2. PLEASE APPLY FOR A LANDSCAPE PERMIT. SUBMIT TWO
 COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN, SIGNED AND SEALED BY A
 REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT. A CERTIFIED COST
 ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE
 MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST SHALL

 7. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3) (A), EACH ROW OF
 PARKING SPACES SHALL BE TERMINATED BY LANDSCAPE ISLANDS
 OF NOT LESS THAN FIVE FEET IN WIDTH AND NOT LESS THAN
 THE LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING STALL. THE
 LANDSCAPED ISLAND SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR
 FLOWERING TREE. THE PAVEMENT WITHIN THE STRIPED AREA
 THAT TERMINATES THE ANGLED PARKING STALLS ON THE EAST
 SIDE OF THE SITE SHALL BE REMOVED AND THE AREA SHALL BE
 CONVERTED INTO GREEN SPACE WITH A TREE, HEDGE AND OTHER
 PLANTING. A TREE IS REQUIRED AT THE OPPOSITE END OF THE

 8. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3) (C), DIVIDER
 MEDIANS MAY BE PROVIDED WITHIN THE LANDSCAPE AREA. IF
 DIVIDER MEDIANS ARE USED, THEY SHALL FORM A CONTINUOUS
 LANDSCAPED STRIP BETWEEN ABUTTING ROWS OF PARKING
 SPACES. THE MINIMUM WIDTH OF SUCH A DIVIDER MEDIAN
 SHALL BE FIVE FEET. SHADE OR FLOWERING TREES WITHIN A
 DIVIDER MEDIAN SHALL BE PLANTED AT 30 FOOT INTERVALS.
 THIS APPLIES TO THE EXISTING SQUARE PARKING LOT.
  
 9. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3), OFF-STREET
 PARKING LOTS CONTAINING AT LEAST 12 INTERIOR PARKING
 SPACES SHALL CONTAIN LANDSCAPE AREAS. THE TOTAL SIZE OF
 SUCH LANDSCAPED AREAS SHALL BE EQUAL TO TEN SQUARE FEET
 FOR EACH PARKING SPACE AND SHALL BE PROVIDED WITHIN THE
 INTERIOR OF AN OFF-STREET PARKING AREA. LANDSCAPED
 AREAS SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE SHADE TREE OR
 FLOWERING TREE FOR EACH 100 SQUARE FEET OF REQUIRED
 LANDSCAPED AREA. A MINIMUM OF 75 PERCENT OF ALL TREES
 THAT ARE REQUIRED TO BE PLANTED WITHIN THE INTERIOR OF
 AN OFF-STREET PARKING AREA SHALL BE SHADE TREES. THE
 SHADE TREES SHALL BE LOCATED IN SUCH A MANNER TO
 PRODUCE MAXIMUM OVERHEAD CANOPY FOR THE VEHICLES. THE
 DIVIDER MEDIAN MENTIONED IN THE ITEM ABOVE WOULD BE A
 LOGICAL PLACE TO INSTALL SOME OF THE REQUIRED TREES.
 PLEASE INCLUDE THIS AS PART OF THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPE
 CALCULATIONS.
  
 10. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (5) (A), LANDSCAPE
 AREAS SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM VEHICULAR USE AREAS BY
 NONMOUNTABLE, CONCRETE CURBING OF THE TYPE
 CHARACTERIZED AS "TYPE D". THE EXISTING PARKING AREAS
 SHALL ALSO COMPLY WITH THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 11. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (E) (1), AT LEAST 30
 PERCENT OF THE LINEAR FEET AROUND THE EXTERIOR OF ALL
 COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES SHALL BE PLANTED WITH TREES,
 SHRUBS OR HEDGES. NO FOUNDATION LANDSCAPING WAS
 PROPOSED.
  
 12. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (D), PRIVATE LAND AND
 PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BETWEEN STREET OR SIDEWALK
 SURFACES AND REQUIRED BUFFER STRIPS AND LANDSCAPED OPEN
 SPACE AREAS SHALL BE PLANTED WITH GRASS. GRASS AREAS
 SHALL BE SODDED. THIS INCLUDES THE RIGHT-OF-WAY AT THE
 SOUTHEAST CORNER.
  
 13. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (G) (II) IN ALL
 AREAS THAT ARE TO BE PLANTED IN A CULTIVATED LANDSCAPE,
 IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE DESIGNED TO HAVE 120
 PERCENT COVERAGE. THIS INCLUDES THE RIGHT-OF-WAY. THE
 NOTE ON THE PLAN INDICATES 100% COVERAGE.
  
 14. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3) (B), ONE
 INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLAND SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EVERY
 TEN PARKING SPACES OR FRACTION THEREOF. INTERIOR
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS SHALL BE AT LEAST FIVE FEET WIDE,
 EXCLUDING THE REQUIRED CURB, AND SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST
 ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE. THE WIDTH OF THE ONE
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND THAT WAS PROVIDED DOES NOT MEET THE
 MINIMUM WIDTH REQUIREMENTS.
  
 15. ALL TREES AND SHRUBS SHALL BE PLANTED AT OR
 SLIGHTLY ABOVE GRADE WITH THE THREE INCHES OF MULCH
 PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE ROOT BALL. NO MORE THAN A ONE
 INCH LAYER OF MULCH SHALL BE PLACED ABOVE THE ROOTBALL
 OF ANY TREE OR SHRUB.
  
 16. THE CARSTOP DETAIL SHOWS A TWO-SIDED CARSTOP. THAT
