 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (5) (A), LANDSCAPE
 AREAS SHALLL BE SEPARATED FROM VEHICULAR USE AREAS BY
 NONMOUNTABLE, CONCRETE CURBING OF THE TYPE
 CHARACTERIZED AS "TYPE D".
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444 (B), OUTDOOR GARBAGE OR
 TRASH RECEPTACLES AND OTHER MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL
 NOT BE PERMITTED UNLESS APPROPRIATE SCREENING IS
 PROVIDED SCREENING SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK,
 DECORATIVE CONCRETE, OTHER DECORATIVE MASONRY OR
 COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD AND STEEL. PLEASE IDENTIFY THE
 LOCATION OF THESE ITEMS AND SHOW HOW THEY WILL BE
 SCREENED.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (B) (1), FOR ALL
 NONRESIDENTIAL USES, A FIVE FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER STRIP
 SHALL BE PROVIDED ALONG THE ENTIRE EDGE OF PROPERTY
 WHEN ADJACENT TO NONRESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICTS. THE
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER OF THE REQUIRED MINIMUM WIDTH HAS NOT
 BEEN PROVIDED ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF THE SITE.
  
 4. APPLY FOR SEPARATE LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION PERMITS.
 FOR THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT, PLEASE SUBMIT TWO SETS OF
 LANDSCAPE PLANS THAT HAVE BEEN SIGNED AND SEALED BY A
 REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT. ATTACH A CERTIFIED COST
 ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE
 MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST. TWO
 COPIES OF AN IRRIGATION PLAN SHAL BE SUBMITTED WITH THE
 IRRIGATION APPLICATION.
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION NECESSARY FOR THE
 EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING

 PROPERTY???THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE SHOWN ON THE PLAN IS
 INCORRECT. PLEASE PROVIDE A SITE PLAN SHOWING THE
 ACCURATE LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY LINES AND CLARIFY AS
 TO WHETHER OR NOT ANY IMPROVEMENTS WILL BE MADE TO THE
 NORTH HALF OF THE PROPERTY.
  
 2) PLEASE DIMENSION THE WIDTH OF THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY.
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(B)(1) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), SUCH BUFFER SHALL BE A
 MINIMUM OF TEN (10) FEET IN WIDTH.
  
 3) PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(B)(1) OF THE ZLDRS, THE
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER ALONG THE EAST PROPERTY LINE SHALL BE
 A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET IN WIDTH.
  
 4) PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(5) OF THE ZLDRS,
 LANDSCAPE AREAS AND PLANT MATERIALS MUST BE PROTECTED
 FROM VEHICULAR ENCROACHMENT BY NON-MOUNTABLE CONCRETE
 CURBING.
  
 5) PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(3)(B) OF THE ZLDRS,
 ONE (1) INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLAND OF AT LEAST FIVE (5)
 FEET IN WIDTH SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EVERY TEN (10)
 PARKING SPACES. THERE SHALL BE NO MORE THAN TEN (10)
 CONSECUTIVE SPACES WITHOUT AN INTERIOR LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND.
  
 6) LANDSCAPING SHALL BE INSTALLED WITHIN THE BUFFERS
 AND LANDSCAPE AREAS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF
