 1) THE PROJECT IS LOCATED IN AN A5 FLOOD ZONE WITH A
 BASE FLOOD ELEVATION OF 7 FEET. THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE ARTICLE XVII SECTION 94-546
 REQUIRES ALL NEW RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION OR
 SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENT OF ANY EXISTING RESIDENTIAL
 STRUCTURE TO HAVE THE LOWEST FLOOR ELEVATED TO SIX
 INCHES ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION. THIS REQUIREMENT
 ALSO APPLIES TO ALL SYSTEMS THAT SUPPLY THE STRUCTURE
 SUCH AS A/C EQUIPMENT. PROVIDE ELEVATIONS ON DRAWINGS
 THAT SHOW COMPLIANCE.
  
 2) PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF A SURVEY.
  
 3) THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN EXPOSURE CATEGORY C AND
 WITHIN 600 FEET OF THE INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY. SECTION
 FBC R301.2.1.4.3 (2) OF THE 2009 REVISIONS TO THE 2007
 FBC REQUIRES THE ROOF SHEATHING UPLIFT AND THE ROOF TO
 WALL UPLIFT LOADS TO BE INCREASED BY 20 PERCENT. SHOW
 COMPLIANCE.
  
 4) THE PLANS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE REVIEWED BY PALM
 BEACH COUNTY FOR IMPACT FEES AND A COPY OF THE PAID
 RECEIPT SUBMITTED BEFORE THE PERMIT IS ISSUED.
  
 5) THERE HAVE BEEN SOME HANDWRITTEN CHANGES MADE TO
 SHEETS A101 AND A103 OF THE PLANS. HANDWRITTEN CHANGES
 TO SIGNED AND SEALED PLANS ARE NOT ALLOWED EXCEPT BY
 THE ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER. FS 471 AND 481.
  
 6) PLEASE UPDATE THE CODE EDITION ON SHEETS S-0 AND S-4
 TO THE 2007 FBC W/2009 REVISIONS AND ASCE 7-05. ALSO
 SPECIFY THE 2005 EDITIONS OF ACI 318 AND 530 PER
 CHAPTER 43 OF FBC RESIDENTIAL.
  
 7) COORDINATE THE REVISED ARCHITECTURAL DIMENSIONS OF
 THE PORCH ADDITION WITH THE STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS.
  
 8) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R320.7 WHICH REQUIRES
 GUTTERS WITH DOWNSPOUTS AT THE NEW PORCH ADDITION WITH
 EAVES OF LESS THAN 6 INCHES OF HORIZONTAL PROJECTION.
  
 9) PLEASE CORRECT THE WINDOW SCHEDULE ID MARKS ON A103.
 THEY SHOULD BE W01 AND W02.
  
 10) THE WINDOW AND DOOR PRESSURES ON S-4 APPEAR TO BE
 LOW. PLEASE REVIEW AND PROVIDE CALCULATIONS.
  
 11) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE MANUFACTURER'S
 SPECIFICATIONS OR EVALUATION REPORTS FOR THE SPRAY FOAM
 INSULATION.
  
 12) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 STRUCTURAL MULLIONS AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE 9B-72.
  
 13) PLEASE SPECIFY THE APPROVED ASSEMBLY, FASTENING
 OPTION AND THE DESIGN PRESSURE FOR THE TAMKO MODIFIED
 ROOF SYSTEM. SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF RAS 117 CALCULATIONS
 FOR ENHANCED UPLIFT AT THE PERIMETER AND CORNERS AS
 REQUIRED BY THE GENERAL LIMITATIONS ON PAGE 18 OF THE
