 1) THE NEW AWNING HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED BY THE PLANNING
 AND ZONING DEPARTMENT THROUGH THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 AMENDMENT PROCESS.
  
 2) RECENTLY, STAFF APPROVED A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 AMENDMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE HANDICAP RAMP AND
 LANDSCAPE AT THE DOORWAY THAT IS THE PROPOSED LOCATION
 OF THE AWNING. PLEASE SUBMIT 3 COPIES OF THE DRAWINGS
 INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT APPLICATION TO THE PLANNING &
 ZONING DEPARTMENT AND STAFF WILL ISSUE A REVISED MINOR
 AMENDMENT APPROVAL LETTER THAT COVERS THE AWNING IN
 ADDITION TO THE EARLIER APPROVED ITEMS AT THIS DOORWAY.
  
 3) NO OTHER ZONING ISSUES IDENTIFIED. PLEASE SUBMIT
 PLANS CITED IN #2 ABOVE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO THAT THE
 PERMIT WILL PASS THE ZONING REVIEW.
