 1) THE SURVEY PROVIDED WITH THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS
 ILLEGIBLE AS IT RELATES TO THE PROPOSED PLACEMENT OF
 THE GATES. PLEASE PROVIDE A SURVEY, LESS THAN ONE YEAR
 OLD, WHICH CLEARLY SHOWS THE WING WALLS AND THEIR
 DIMENSION FROM THE PROPERTY LINE.
  
 2) PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE DEPTH OF THE GATE,
 INCLUDING THE SUPPORT POSTS.
  
 3) PROVIDE A SITE PLAN OR MARKED UP SURVEY WHICH SHOWS
 THE DIMENSION OF THE FURTHEST PROJECTION OF THE NEW
 GATES, INCLUDING SUPPORT POSTS, TO THE PROPERTY LINE.
 THIS SHALL VERIFY THAT THE GATES AND SUPPORT COLUMNS
 ARE BEING CONSTRUCTED ON THE 319 BELVEDERE ROAD
 PROPERTY AND NOT WITHIN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 4) PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE HEIGHT OF THE SUPPORT
 POSTS ON THE DRAWINGS. PER SECTION 94-302(C)(1), THESE
 MAY BE NO TALLER THAN 8 FEET IN HEIGHT.
  
 5) PERMIT HAS BEEN ROUTED TO THE ENGINEERING SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT REVIEWER TO VERIFY THAT THE GATES MAY SWING
 OUT OVER THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
