 1) TABLE XV-6 IN SECTION 94-486 OF THE CITY'S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REQUIRES THAT SINGLE
 FAMILY RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES PROVIDE TWO PARKING
 SPACES PER UNIT. SECTION 94-482(A) OF THE OF THE CITY'S
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REQUIRES THAT
 THE PARKING SPACES BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY. THE
 ENCLOSURE OF THE GARAGE REMOVES ONE PARKING SPACE FROM
 THE PROPERTY.
  
 2) IN ORDER FOR ZONING TO APPROVE THE PERMIT, TWO
 PARKING SPACES SHALL BE PROVIDED ON THE PROPERTY. A
 MEASURE FROM THE AERIALS ON THE PALM BEACH COUNTY
 PROPERTY APPRAISER'S SITE INDICATE THAT THERE IS LESS
 THAN THE REQUIRED MINIMUM 36 FEET TO ACCOMMODATE TWO
 CARS PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY ON SITE.
  
 3) PROVIDE A SURVEY, LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD, WHICH
 SHOWS THE DIMENSIONS OF THE EXISTING STRUCTURE TO THE
 PROPERTY LINES. IF THERE IS LESS THAN 36 FEET FROM THE
 FACE OF THE ENCLOSED CAR PORT TO THE PROPERTY LINE,
 THEN AN ADDITIONAL ON-SITE PARKING SPACE SHALL BE
 PROVIDED MEETING ALL CODE REQUIREMENTS. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT A PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE INSTALLATION OF
 THE ADDITIONAL PARKING SPACE.
  
 4) HOW WILL THE BUILDING BE ACCESSED IF THE FRONT DOOR
 OF THE HOUSE IS BLOCKED WITH STORAGE.
